1. Confirmation of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Firefly Core Smart Folder, you agree to be bound by these terms of Service.If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software or related services.

2. Software license and ownership

Firefly Core Smart Folder grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license according to the plan you choose (free version, Pro Professional version or Enterprise version).All intellectual property rights and technical patents related to the software belong to the Firefly nuclear team.

3. Subscription, authorization and settlement

At present, the domestic version does not support online payment and online automatic renewal：

• Authorization activation：To upgrade the Pro professional version or the enterprise version, you can manually complete the activation and authorization issuance by contacting the customer service WeChat or the administrator.
• No automatic deduction：There is no form of automatic deduction or online automatic renewal.After the authorization expires, the software will be automatically returned to the free basic version. If you need to renew, please contact the customer service staff.
